ss44 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the ss44 platform (accessible at ss44.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the ss44 brand), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the ss44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

• Account Verification (KYC): ss44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit copies of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, utility bills, or other documents to verify your identity, age, and address. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ss44 platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes as a registered player. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works of, or commercially exploiting any part of the ss44 platform or its content without the prior written consent of ss44.

ss44's total aggregate liability to any player, under any cause of action, shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ss44 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ss44's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ss44 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by you during registration, verification, and platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on ss44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ss44 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers — including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers — strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the ss44 platform services to you.
